Good god. Sylvia Martinez is so bloody brilliant, eloquent, clear, and precise that I really should think twice before posting anything where she is likely to read it, because quite simply, no matter how much I craft my message, she'll point out my flaws and do it better (and probably off the cuff as well). Best to not pollute the waters in the first place!
A while ago, I realized that if I didn't like getting verbally thrashed by a completely superior intellect, I should never ever try to post a contradictory, inflammatory, or even speculative viewpoint within striking distance of Gary Stager. I think I now realize I need to add Sylvia to that list. Mind you, not that either of them are trying to harm anybody; they're simply that much better than the rest of us. Seriously. I'm in awe.
